UK Delivery

We dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Standard UK mainland delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Free Delivery

All Zipooch beds include free standard UK delivery. For standalone covers and smaller items, free delivery applies on orders over £75. Below that, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on size and weight.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available on selected UK mainland postcodes. Pricing is shown at checkout. To qualify, orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time shown at checkout. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or bank holidays will dispatch the next working day. Next Day Delivery may not be available in Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland.

Delivery to certain remote areas may take slightly longer than our standard 3–5 working days. Any additional charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may dispatch everything together once all items are available. If you'd prefer your in-stock items sent separately, contact us at hello@zipooch.com and we'll do our best to arrange it.

During Busy Periods

During peak periods such as Black Friday or seasonal sales, delivery may take up to 7 working days. We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible and will keep you updated if delays occur.

Delivery Responsibility

Your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve it quickly.
