We dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Standard UK mainland delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

For hygiene reasons, we strongly advise customers to check the size before opening the vacuum seal. Once opened, the bed cannot be re-compressed and may show signs of handling.

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, as permitted under UK consumer law.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse.

We plan to regularly release new ZipUp covers, including seasonal and limited-edition designs such as Christmas, Halloween, Easter, and other special occasions, allowing customers to refresh their dog’s bed throughout the year without replacing the entire product.
